Wind Chimes #4

Latest Wind Chimes... same basic design, but I etched the design in the sails and added two sails.

The copper blackening agent didn't work out as well as I expected; need to etch more deeply so I can use fine steel wool to remove it from the places I don't want it.

Stuff I Made for Christmas: Copper Wind Chimes

First Set - with a woven copper sail.





Second set - with a copper cat sail.




Set #3 - Sail with "Instant" Patina



Set #4 - Sail and Clapper from Hardwood.
The clappers from all of them are slices of hardwood branches that have dried.
